LinkedIn Design Org Identity

In October of 2020, LinkedIn wanted to create a sense of inclusion among the many types of designers that belong to the creative team. Previously labeled the "User Experience Design Team," this shift to "LinkedIn Design" brought about an opportunity to create a unique brand expression. The team I work on (Executive Presentation Design) is known for our ability to push creativity while staying within brand guidelines, so we were approached to create a visual identity unique to our Design org, while keeping the framework of the overarching LinkedIn brand. After our team's initial explorations, It was an honor to have my direction chosen.
